Reenactments of many events from all historic eras have been brought about in one way or another. Whether in theaters, films, and even social events(Like Renaissance Faires). Many groups and clubs exist with a sole purpose which is to reenact and keep history alive. Medieval Reenacting is considerably popular world-wide. These reenactments show and teach the audience the lives of historic folk. Wars, knightly games, and ceremonies are often reenacted, some scripted and some with actual competitive purposes.
